Santa Maria Suites Resort - Key West

The suites were large, clean and accommodated a family of 5 very comfortably. The staff was very friendly and were helpful with suggestions and assistance in making reservations for activities. The pool was beautiful and the complementary smoothies, wine and crackers with hummus in the afternoon, was just wonderful!

It's so nice to find a two bedroom unit and the staff could not have been nicer. I needed a doctor and one was called to come to the hotel almost immediately. Very friendly and nice perks at the pool.

The design of the bed is not good. It takes up too much floor space with barely any room to move around it. The shaggy floor mat next to bed was badly in need of cleaning.

I liked the modern contemporary feel of the hotel. I also liked the standard of cleanliness.

The hotel was a little too far from Duval street so not within walking distance for my kids. Housekeeping was a liitle slow in that my room wasn't cleaned by 4pm when I had been out all day so had to hang about a couple of days for this to finish. Would expect it to be finished sooner.

staff was exceptional.... they gave us great suggestions, thanks Kendall and Derrick. Nordi was very pleasant at the front desk. It was a great spot for myself, husband, son and nephew.

Towels (big & lush) & invisible refrigerators, pillows great, a/c worked wonderful & suite was really well designed. Style of property carried into the suites itself.

The bed was too short, would have liked a king size better.

the beautiful design and decor of the resort made you feel good and relaxed, the pool side atmosphere was fun, bright but private and very comfortable with the staff handing you smoothies in the pool.

The Santa Maria Suites Resort provided a beautifully maintained garden area with easy access to the pools. I especially loved the thoughtful design of our suite with ample space and comfort.

A few more handrails near the pool would help.

Perfect getaway spot!

The pool area is super chill and the happy hour snacks were a nice touch. The kitchen in our suite was perfect for quick meals. Only bummer was that cleaning was kinda late in the day, which messed with our naps. It was fab!

The Resort is fantastic - its was just as the website described. Nice touch with Fresh muffins & chocs at night.Cant wait to stay again.

The two-bedroom villa with pool view was spacious and super clean. The full kitchen had everything we needed, including a microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Loved the private balcony for some fresh air. The pool area was beautiful with sun loungers and umbrellas nearby, and we enjoyed the complimentary muffins and wine during happy hour. Friendly staff.
